Linda Drysdale (neé Thrombey) is the eldest child and only daughter of Harlan Thrombey. She is played by Jamie Lee Curtis.
She is a real estate developer.
Biography[]
Linda Drysdale (neé Thrombey) is the wife but later a divorcee (after the movie ends presumably) of Richard Drysale and the mother of Ransom Drysale.
At the end of the film, Linda's fortunate life is about to be downcast. Her son, Ransom is arrested for technically murdering his grandfather, Harlan. She also discovers a letter written on it in invisible ink from her father and learns that Richard is having an affair. And, she and the rest of her other relatives lose the inheritance to her father's hired nurse, Marta Cabrera.

While Linda comes off as a stern, short-tempered woman, she is shown to care deeply for her immediate family. Linda appears to be close to Walt, referring to him as her "baby brother" and becoming defensive when the investigation pries into Walt's status within the publishing company (something her husband Richard does not).
Unlike the rest of the family, Linda's motivation in receiving Harlan's inheritance does not appear to be a desire for financial gain, but possessiveness over her father.
